With his upfront, honest demeanor and a sharp mind for numbers mixed with his big heart that is dedicated to empowering others, he is committed to guiding individuals on their journey to achieving their goals and dreams.
Neicey is an Arizona native & also former pro athlete, from the small mining town of Superior. She is a tech-savvy powerhouse with a wealth of knowledge across diverse fields, including sports, has a knack for transforming fragmented ideas and talents into a cohesive successful operation, and is renowned for her resourcefulness and unwavering dedication to uplifting young adults and athletes who have been underestimated .
Together this duo stands as pillars of the community to support the underrepresented athletes meeting them where they are and guiding them towards excellence. Their commitment and dedication goes beyond the game, nurturing these athletes in the most honest and effective way, into extraordinary, mentally & physically tough men, who are ready to conquer any challenge and achieve greatness on and off the court.
